I don’t really eat much but still putting on weight

How often do we hear that? In contrast, usually the people who are thin seem to be eating more in comparison to the overweight person. I often wonder, “why even though I don’t eat much but put on weight and that thin person is eating more in comparison to me and not putting on?” The answer to this is with our oldest science, Ayurveda. Usually our human body works according to the sun rays. The sun rises in the morning and sets in the evening. Similarly, our body’s metabolism starts increasing in the morning and dips down in the evening. So, the less we eat in the evening the better it is. As it has been rightly mentioned through a proverb, “Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dinner like a Paupper”. If we apply this theory of eating, within a few months, we will find ourselves not being able to eat too much especially in the evening.
